Namsfjord blue mussels
A big bowl of ecological mussels in creamy spicy sauce served with crispy fresh vegetables, fries and saffron mayo

Fresh from the Fjords: mussels from Kvitsøy, blackened Frøya salmon, wolf fish from North sea, shrimps and gratinated king crab from Finnmark. Broth made from all of the above, saffron and poached goodies from our local farmer

180 gr of minced prime Norwegian beef, melted Jarlsberg cheese and bacon from Idsø. Soft brioche, leaves, semi dried cherry tomatoes, crispy beer battered onion rings, creamy Parmesan aioli and French fries
300g of Norwegian prime rib eye from Volda
The best part straight from the grill, heavy roasted different colored root vegetables, fresh picked herbs and for the sauce experience we chose “beef jus gras”

Topside of lamb served pink with a variety of pan fried mushrooms, herbs and a 48 hour port-wine sauce
